Review | Lavera Sheet Face Masks // AD

~*This post contains gifted products*~

I love a good face mask and have started to enjoy the convenience of sheet masks, all ready to go with no fuss or thinking involved – perfect after a busy day! *Lavera Natural Cosmetics recently launched a collection of four sheet masks. I was gifted a selection of their masks to try, great for some pamper time especially since it’s Mother’s Day.

There are four different sheet masks available and I’ve tried them all out and I’ve already got my favourites. All of these masks are made in Germany, cruelty-free and vegan and my favourite, all the sheet masks are 100% biodegradable too!! Once you’ve given your skin a good cleansing then you can apply your mask and leave them on the skin for about 15 – 20 minutes for the best results. All of these Lavera Sheet Masks cost £6.95 for one.

The first of the four masks is the Illuminating Sheet Mask it contains organic dragon fruit and raspberry to leave your skin feeling fresh, hydrated and illuminated. I loved this one, it made my skin look glowy and it felt hydrated. The Green Illuminating Complex is a nourishing formula based on lychee extract and natural antioxidants for beautiful skin. It smells so fresh too which I love.

The Purifying Sheet Mask contains natural salicylic acid and organic mint which helps to remove dirt, oil and dead skin cells from your facial skin, unclogging the pores and allowing your skin to breath. The Green Pure Complex is a purifying formula to refine the complexion with the help of papaya fruit enzyme and natural active substances. This is another fantastic sheet mask and works well when you have a few spots or breakouts especially for me when I’m on my period! I love this one it’s lovely and I’ll be buying a few of these to make sure I have them in.

The Firming Sheet Mask is a triple effect hyaluronic acid and Karamoja oil blend along with some organic ingredients such as cooling aloe vera oil, calming lavender water and anti-inflammatory cotton extract. It will leave the skin feeling soft, hydrated and with a smooth, natural complexion. Hyaluronic Acids adds moisture to the skin, reduces wrinkles and noticeably plumps and smoothes fines lines, leaving the skin looking smoother and firmer.
Karanja Oil has anti-inflammatory effects as well as helping to fight free radicals. The unique Green Lift Complex is a nourishing formula which smooths the complexion with active ingredients including the highly effective edelweiss cell culture extract. This was another one that worked well for me, however, I think my lovely mum would benefit so much from this little beauty so I’ll be grabbing a couple for her to try.

Lastly, the Hydrating Sheet Mask is my favourite, and it is soaked in Organic Cucumber and Glacier Water. The cucumber is moisturising and cooling on your skin with a regenerating effect and the glacier water helps to moisturise and refreshes your skin. It is going to provide intense moisture, refresh the skin and leave your skin with a radiant complexion. I have been loving this one! My skin has been drier than usual due to all the cold weather and having the heating on and after using this my skin came alive and felt so hydrated and fresh and smooth. I’ll be stocking up on this one that’s for sure.
Do you like sheet masks? Have you tried any of these??
